In a bowl, combine oats, eggs, instant yeast, sugar, and milk. Stir until well mixed. Let the oats soak for 10 minutes. After soaking, stir to check if the oats have softened.
Mix the Dough:
Add the all-purpose or wheat flour and salt to the oat mixture. Stir until a dough begins to form.
Knead the Dough:
Transfer the dough to a mat and knead with your hands for about 2 minutes. Form the dough into a round ball.
Roll and Cut the Dough:
Roll out the dough to about 1 cm thickness. Use a round cup to press out small rounds of dough. Set aside the rounds and cover them with plastic wrap for fermentation (about 90 minutes).
Cook the Bread:
Heat a pan over low heat and place the dough rounds in the pan. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Flip the bread, cover again, and cook for another 5 minutes. Continue until both sides are golden brown.
